By accessing or using Fiteve, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.
Fiteve provides a comprehensive gym management platform (ERP), lead management tools (CRM), and a member tracking application. Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
Gym memberships are subject to the specific terms set by the partner gym. All financial transactions processed through Fiteve are final unless otherwise specified by the refund policy of the respective gym.
In no event shall Fiteve, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
